「Good accommodation with a good price in KL Sentral.」

「Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, the floor in the room felt a bit sticky and could be cleaner. It would also be great if Netflix was available on the TV for guests. Providing complimentary drinking water in the room would further improve the experience. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.」

「Poor customer service It took them 4 HOURS to get us settled in. And we have an infant. All that 4 hours and they gave us dirty rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and bed frame. The towels were stained and dirty. There was dust and hair all over the floor. When we complained at the reception, they didn’t do anything to make it better. They gave us another room and it was the same situation. A dirty room. There were ROACHES in the hallways!!! In front of the room and other...

「It is closed to Conlay station. It takes 15 mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall. In our booking, there are 2 bedrooms and two toilets and one of the bedroom has the view of Petronas Twin Towers. The room keeper, Mr Shohedul helped us to keep our luggage on our final day. Many thanks for his help. We enjoy staying at Eaton Residences.」

「Check in 很順利，前台職員很友善。房間非常寬敞整潔，很舒適，隔音也很棒，沒有聽到房外嘈音。只是整體有點殘舊，但不太影響住宿體驗。早餐 buffet 選擇也多，味道不錯。酒店就在 MRT 站旁，位置非常方便。」
