「The hotel itself was fine. It was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The negative review has more to do with the staff. Initially, I booked for one night. We decided we needed two nights instead, so I cancelled the one night and booked two nights. Upon arrival, the lady at the lobby could not find my two night reservation and said I only had one night. I provided the Expedia confirmation number and Itinerary number, and showed her the email. She said those numbers did not help her and...

「This place is in need of serious updating, maintenance and cleaning. Staff on duty was very helpful and took care of getting us a different room after we saw all the mold around bath fixtures. The product used to clean the bath floor made it sticky. Both rooms were like that. Our shower curtain hadn’t been washed in a very long time. They’re supposed to be white, but ours was that orange/pink mildew color.」
