Holiday Inn Express - Harrisburg East by IHG
Room was okay. Bed was comfortable. When we went to use the shower the water was brown and rusty. Cleared up after running water for a bit. Hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Had big fans running in the entrance way.
