「Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.」

「I was very pleased with my stay at Fred's Inn. Our room was clean, quite, and cozy. There was plenty of parking. The food was delicious. The staff at the bar / restaurant were friendly and helpful (we checked in and out with the bartender). This place is truly a hidden gem. 」

「We had a nice two night stay. The property, overlooking the lake, is beautiful. Charming reception area and dining room/ restaurant. The employees were pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. Taking away a star because both nights we had someone traipsing up and down all night in the room above ours. The floors are extremely creaky (understandable given the age of the building) so this meant we were disturbed all night. The reception is not manned at night and we didn't want to call the...

「The staff was absolutely horrible or completely amazing!! The girls in evening were great absolutely amazing the ones in morning were complete evil!! I asked for a tray to bring breakfast to my sick aunt and my daughter and she told me they couldn't give me one bc I couldn't bring people food up there like that it was against policy and was really snobby about it like I was trying to steal their food. Acted. Really uppity and snobby. But evening staff was great helpful very nice and friendly....
