「I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. 」

Positive side - Offers some excellent free amenities - Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus - Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment.
