「Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay.」

「The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs....

「One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave.」

「To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here. It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. 「We were there for my daughters wedding. We had 10 people staying in 5 rooms and everyone agreed this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The handicap room was very spacious allowing for ease in wheelchair manuevering. I appreciated how close the room was to the elevayor as I cannot not walk very far. 「We have been using the property for a few yrs now. On this 5 day stay thing started of good as usual on our last night someone thought it was a great idea to open the meeting room at 8pm at night for a gathering, party ! The meeting room is right next to regular rooms, places were people come to sleep. Called the front desk. No answer so went to desk. Night person was outside. She came in I asked what genius booked that right next to an occupied room. Person was rude and said not me and blew me...

「The suite was clean except for a few chips left by cleaning crew. (not good for my dogs!) I never stayed in a suite before, and was pleased by the number of amenities provided! We had plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 dogs. Very nice breakfast. Nice walk outside area for dogs. Would definitely stay here again.」
