Though it says no smoking, there was smoke smell and cigarette butts everywhere! Elevator was not maintained. The first room we checked on level 1 had stained pillows and moss in bathroom. Only one soap and two towels was a big disappointment. The front desk closes early and opens late. We had to check out early and had to throw the keys in the gap between front desk shutters and desk… not worth the money!!

The room was so overpriced for the area and in terrible shape. The GFI plugs flashed the entire time. The TV didn’t work and there was not a hair dryer or iron in the room. If you wanted clean towels you had to go to the front desk and they were never there. If you wanted the bed made you had to pay an extra $10 a day. The paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom and appliances were missing. There wasn’t even a trash can in the bathroom. Stay far away!!!!.

Cleaner than most in the area. However, the smell of the whole building even in the units is absurd. At least get some fragrance in the rooms, can’t walk in the stairwell without holding in your breath.

The only thing that saves the property from receiving a terrible rating is the new general manager, who has only been on the job a month, was very professional and kind. There are broken air conditioner units piled by the front door. The windows on the glass doors entering the hotel and lobby are so dirty that it is hard to see through them. When we arrived the room we had reserved was not available. The manager took us to two other rooms only to find that there were already guests in the room. The third room we went to smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we could not stay in it. Finally settled into the 4th room we saw. The room itself was clean, however, there were some questionable stains on the ceiling. The carpets in the hallways were stained and dirty. Whatever they are paying the manager to clean up the property, they need to triple it. Not only is the physical builiding in need a updating, the front desk people are less than friendly.

The place was gross, the room was slimy, looked like a cheap apartment from the slums. Spilled drink stains on the wall, air chair that looked like a dog tore it up. Everything had like a moist film on it.

Got in just after midnight nobody at front desk to check us in. The office had to call an employee who was sleeping and then she gave us a room that was already occupied. Finally got our room and the TV did not work. Total choas!

Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund.

Room was not very clean. Also had to wait 1 hour to check in and make a few different phone calls to get someone out to check us in. What kind of hotel ends their check in so early. Would not recommend
