「Very good value for money, nice bar area, great location next to the beach, unfortunately heating broke down but that was beyond their control, they should have offered a free drink or similar. Would stay again, I was in an en-suite room which was good value, I was on my own but room could sleep 3. Would stay again 」

「When I arrived very early, they made my check in so easy and let me have the room well before lunchtime no extra cost. The food was excellent. I had breakfast and evening meal there. Food quality, and price was good. Room was very comfortable. Very clean shower and towels were nice. Highly recommend it would definitely stay there again.」

「We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. 」

「We are a family of 4 (kids 8 and 11) staying in a room set up as a family room - double bed and the kids sharing a sofa bed. The room was snug but really good. Each room is 3 old cells knocked into 1, with the bathroom taking up 1/3 or of the room. The bathroom was really good and enormous. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant served good bistro food, and you could sit out in the courtyard which was very pleasant. The breakfast was also great and worth the...

「The hotel is in the perfect spot, right in the harbour. The room was massive and well equipped with a lovely view. The building is obviously extremely old which has its limitations on decor etc but we had an amazing time there. Would recommend.」

「The staff was friendly and polite. Our double room was small and clean. However, the bed (room 29) was the most uncomfortable we've ever slept in. It was very soft and we could feel the springs sticking into us. We ended trying to sleep on top of the duvet. We would have asked to be moved but had travelled all day to get to Newquay and were exhausted. When reporting this to Reception the next morning we were told that all the mattresses were new!」

「They was no air conditioner the room was to hot at night to sleep. Was seagulls outside wake up at 5,o’clock ,so we didn’t sleep much. Staff didn’t come in to empty bins and change the towels they should of this as weather was so hot ,swimming pool was lovely as it was cold as the weather was so hot ,staff was friendly.
