「Christmas lights on the balcony flooded the first floor room with light all night long. No blackout curtains. Rooms on first floor near front desk were noisy. 」

「 When we arrived at the hotel, the area was indeed full of homeless people. We decided not to stay, canceled our reservation, and left. We contacted Expedia, and they reached out to the hotel and processed a refund for us.」
