「There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly...

「Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!」

「The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised.」

「Room smelled, air conditioning rattled and was very loud. Door didn't lock looked like it had been kicked in. The layout of the room made no sense bed was opposite of the tv and tv didn’t turn or move. Bed and couch were old, worn and very uncomfortable.」

「A/C unit could not lower the temp in our room during our two night stay. Parts of the room, like the drinking glasses, were not cleaned between nights. 3 Elevators are inadequate for 8 floors of guests, especially when the stairs are alarmed to exit on ground level. 1 elevator was out the whole time we were there. Breakfasts were ok, nothing to write home about.」
