The day we checked in and then again on the second night couldn't access our 2nd room and our things has been removed. They didn't try to contact us they just put someone else in the room. 「Zero stars wasn’t an option. Filthy carpet and walls, broken and worn furniture. Staff tried to scam more money out of me, said I had no reservation and my paid receipt from Expedia meant nothing. Terrible place to stay with a terrible staff」
