「The staff where lovely to deal with and the Restraunt / pub downstairs was amazing !」

「酒店地理位置非常方便，市中心购物吃饭都很近，很古老的一个酒店，古色古香，还曾经是查尔斯王子和戴安娜王妃光顾过的酒店，除了没有停车位不是很方便，但是旁边有个一天8澳元的停车场可以停车，对于这个性价比，这点停车费不算什么」

「Good amount of under cover parking, Pool looks like it would be great in the summer months. Decent sized rooms. Easy to navigate around the Greater Bendigo area from.」

「The rooms are not sound proof, so it was noisy when other hotel guests get in and out of their rooms, or even passed by while talking. We were woke up by other guests who checked out early around 6am.」

「The room was nothing like the modern pictures shown on the website. The amenities are old and laminated cabinets are chipped. Toilet, vanity sink, and the whole room requires updating. Air conditioning and tap water are hard to control. Best thing about the place is location and drive in layout.」

「The hotel was perfect for my short trip away as a solo traveller. The room was great. It was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The shower was a decent size and the water was nice and hot and the pressure was great. The fan in the bathroom was good. The location was very good. Close to the station and bus stops and plenty of shops attractions and restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay there again 」

「酒店有新建的部分和旧的Mortel两部分。我们住在了Mortel的房间。后面就是铁路。设施比较陈旧，和照片比不一致，有点失望。」

「When in Bendigo for business, I choose this hotel as it is clean, the food offered is grea and always happy but most of all the warmth of the staff. Watching one of the young staff encouraging with an older couple was really nice to see. The staff were all really lovely. I feel safe there as I am not comfortable now going out for dinner when away for business in Bendigo. Also the coffee, excellent! Good value for money too. Rooms are good and I like that you can have the balcony door open...

「Clean, tidy, spacious, absolutely loved the shower and large fluffy towels. Very polite and helpful staff. We did not use the dining area as had a family function elsewhere. Entry to motel could be made more obvious. Lighting poor for entry」

「Convenient location to Red Energy Arena for sporting tournaments. Have stayed many times. Apartments at the front are a bit noisy with the road traffic but other apartments are quieter.」
