"A great location for exploring downtown Sydney as well as further afield. All the main sights within walking distance or hop of the public transport which is only a short distance from the apartments. "Word of mouth carries a lot of wait from the bush it was good old fashion service and charm and a great price ,country people have stopped coming to Sydney because of the room prices at most motels which is a shame I had business in Sydney and was surprised by the price we will be back with friends as the room prices allow families to enjoy"

"Firstly they have over charged me far more than the booking amount. We didn't steal or damage anything! I will be investigating it further! For an expensive hotel there were some "normal" items missing from the room in our opinion! There was no microwave or toaster! The hotel was in a difficult place to walk to in the "rocks"of Sydney."

"I don’t believe “no” is in the vocabulary of the staff. Whatever I needed, they had (plug adapter and a charger when mine died), and even things I didn’t know I needed, they provided (a bookmark and a cord holder). My room was upgraded to a partial Harbour view, and I spent many an hour in the window nook enjoying Vivid Sydney from the comfort of my room. From the front desk to house keeping, everyone was friendly and took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Convenient location to landmarks; trains, ferries and buses two blocks away, but a very walkable city if you have the time. The only disappointment was the “signature” hot chocolate - I had read online about how decadent it is, but the one I got at the To Go bar was less than average."

"This hotel was conveniently located at Darling Harbor and one of the stops for the Sydney hop on hop off bus. We were able to take the hop on hop off bus to see all of the sights. The room was a decent size, was very clean, and had everything we needed. We had breakfast included as part of our booking and it was perfect for our family to start the day. Everyone found many things that they liked to eat and all of it was delicious. The pool was wonderful and it was convenient that towels were easily available. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Sydney. Overall, it was a clean hotel with delicious breakfast at a convenient location for us as tourists."
