"Typical, rather nice boutique style property. Well maintained, pleasant front desk staff. We requested accessibility, found the bathroom good, nice roll in shower. Comfortable bed. One minor issue was the thermostat, apparently would not allow room to warm higher than 70F. Only major negative was our location on first floor. We could hear every step of party in room above us. Dropping shoes late at night woke us up, just a major distraction. I suspect the property wasn’t that soundproofed combined with guests that were very careless and noisy."
