We arrived late & tired but desk staff, especially Crystal, made us feel welcome with a friendly, courteous, uplifting attitude. We appreciated it so much after a long day of travel. Room was small but very comfortable & clean like the entire hotel. Proximity to Penn Station is why wee chose it.
