Rooms are ok. Beds reasonably comfortable. Onsens are great after day of skiing. Location is good too. Very friendly staff. Buffet is ok, nothing to write home about.

This place is perfect. The property is great. Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba. Thank you Keyaki No Ki.
