「Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset. That went out of the way to help and customised the food. Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb」

「This was such a beautiful stay. I booked a suite with a mountain view. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed. Mall road is just a walk away and theres plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. 」

We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are...

「Good location in McLeod. Spacious room, hot water worked well & although the room was very cold at night, they provided a heater for approx. £3 per night. Good value for money overall! 」
