「This aLoft hotel was a surprisingly good value overall. All of the basics were provided along with a comfortable bed. Cleaning services are not done daily but I was able to get fresh towels upon request. The hotel was found to be clean throughout and the desk staff were friendly and professional.」

「This hotel is a good bargain and has clean and fully prepped rooms. My room cooling system was not adequate (On=too cold; off=too hot and no in between). Also the food options for breakfast were inadequate (no eggs, no fruit). I would return but check the heat/cool first and eat breakfast out.」

「It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me...
