服務員及行李運送員都非常親切友善，經常都保持答答，服務態度十分專業。酒店提供welcome drink，好窩心的服務。房間十分整潔、美觀，空間大，設計復古及有格調。早餐提供mini buffet，更有breakfast set，味道質素極有水準，餐廳位於酒店最高層，可一邊欣賞河內舊城區，一邊享用早餐。

Great experience of stay!
My friend and i had a great experience of stay when staying Serene Boutique hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are tidy, the location is convenient, and the breakfast were good! We visited Vietnam for 6 days but stayed in Serene Boutique for only 2 nights, but they were very nice and borrowed us the bathroom in their spa for us to take a shower before taking night bus to sapa. Furthermore, i left my shoes on the bus when leaving Ha long bay, the receptionist Zoe was very kind to help me to contact the local tour office, and i got my shoes back 2 days after! If you are looking for a great hotel in Hanoi, i would highly recommend Serene Boutique Hotel!

Incredible hotel
The stay here was the most wonderful part of the Hanoi trip. All staffs of this hotel are very nice and helpful. They made you feel like home. The decorations of room is not fancy but clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite nice and the staff even provide a take away service for it. Very worthy stay in this hotel.

Really nice staff, great location, tasty breakfast
Although we only have one night in Hanoi,but this visit memory was so great over my expectation, can't wait to visit again! I want to thanks Zoe! She greeted us warmly and introduced some places nearby and show us with a map.Also reminded us about the night market! Although it was a rainy day but didn't disturb us. Nice breakfast buffet on the top floor, you should try the egg dishes, pho was the MUST TRY ITEMS! I recommend the beef one! All staff were kind and polite, willing to help you!

The location is excellent.
Since it is located in old city, you can easily access anything. There are plenty of restaurants with reasonable price. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly and they are helpful to assist you everything. The SPA is excellent and the price is attractive with discount.

I am sorry my review was so late. I stayed there almost a year ago, but I still remember having a great time. The room interior was very pretty with flower assortment. The furniture was antique. The welcome snack and Lotus tea were so good. The breakfast Vietnamese buffet was very delicious. The lady at the front door was amazingly attentive. She helped me find a taxi company no to be overcharged. I definitely want to go back when visiting Vietnam. Thank you so much.

Staff was wonderful. Before I arrived, they were very responsive to my emails. Breakfast was great! Room was small and cozy. My only complaint was the room had an unpleasant odor, but they would spray each time I requested. I think if they changed the filters in the air conditioner the smell would probably go away. I would definitely stay there again!

When we had arrived to the hotel, they had upgraded our room. It was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. I was very impressed with the hotel. I wish i would of known earlier about this hotel, since i had stayed the previous week in Ha noi for 3 days at another hotel. This will now be my go to hotel when i go to Ha noi every year. The free breakfast was also very good.

Exceptional Service
The level of service by Danny Boy and his staff was superb.They were all so kind , courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable and nice and quiet. The location was superb to all that the Old Quarter had to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Hanoi visit.
