「Apartment was exactly as described in the photos — clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. The welcome folder with recommendations for places to eat, visit, and things to do was a really thoughtful touch. Alex was a fantastic host, and I would definitely stay here again!」

「Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

「A lovely place with all the amenities」

「The property was great. My party really enjoyed it. The only issue is that it was very cold when we arrived. I would suggest in winter having the heat on several hours prior to guest arrival. Otherwise, a great experience. 」

「Pleasant stay, good sized rooms. Perfect location as in easy walk to town and river. Overlooking abbey. A little noisy if sleeping in front bedrooms」

「Lovely property, great decor. In a beautiful spot next to the River Dee. Great seeing various boats passing by. Loved sitting out on the patio. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. 」

「Great central location with parking. Great 3 night visit. Check in instructions only sent to us on the day after we started our journey, rather 24hour in advance. A little radio in the kitchen would be a nice addition.」
