"The room is clean and very spacious. Location is convenient to major attractions and shopping. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."

"Lovely room with super soft bathrobes and we liked so much we have bought one for home. Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight. The hotel is just by the side of the Grand Canal with a shopping center, plenty restaurants literally outside and metro was a short walk away. Brilliant stay and can’t fault it at all."

"Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. "
