"We were really excited about staying at this hotel. It’s located right next to CAT ferry. Also we were excited to learn that our room was on the ocean side of the hotel, and we were looking forward to enjoying the location and outdoor seating area. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit disappointing. Our room was located right next to the cleaning-supply area, which was used frequently throughout our stay. Staff also spent time near the room, making the area feel busy and making it difficult...

"We loved our stay. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to downtown and just a short walk from the Bar Harbor trail sandbar that is only passable at low tide. The staff were great and the savory and sweet breakfast options were delicious! Plus the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Would definitely stay again."
