Everything was excellent except the shower. There was no water pressure and the shower was at a trickle. The staff were very nice.

The elevator broke down afer 1 night and being on the 5th floor this was not fun for me. I ordered a suite expecting to get a sitting area and got another bed. Everything was very dated and the jacuzzi jets in bathtub did not work. No effort was made from the hotel to contact people about the elevator or offer a room on lower floors. Generally reception staff spent their time outside smoking and not paying attention to reception. When asked about elevetor they said repair man would come next day but nothing happened during my stay. Only bright spot was the steak house aound the corner and the location in general.

Room was sun-facing and very hot. It was in the 60's outside. AC wouldn't turn on (we were sweating) and went to the front desk. They said that management didn't deem AC necessary so it was turned off for the whole building and wouldn't turn it on. Sauna was advertised, but they said it was broken. Luckily we had our personal 24 hour sauna of a hotel room and were too hot to sleep well. Opening windows helped slightly, but there was traffic noise.

Das Frühsück war ausreichen, sah ordentlich aus und aes ear auch lecker. Von außen macht das Hotel einen schönen Eindruck und dad Personal ist wiklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, so, dass schon einige Sachen im Zimmer laputt sind und dass beeinträchtigt fas Gesamtbild.die lage mitten in Janau ist top, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

La habitacion no la limpian si la dejas despues de las 10 h. Toalla rota, sin amenities, ni frigorifico, el telefono está deseconectado. El que aparece en la red es falso. El ascensor estuvo sin funcionar 5 dias, 3 personas de 80 años en la 4ª planta, nadie les ayudó a bajar las maletas. La calefacccion estuvo un dia sin funcionar. La tarjeta de abrir la puerta no funcionaba. El personal de recepcion en su mayoria, maleducados ni escuchan, ni quieren entender español. El desayuno escaso y cierran a las 9 h.etc etc. La peor experiencia en hoteles en mi vida. Creo que el tema del ascensor es para denunciar y devolver el dinero

Gutes Stadthotel.

Ich war zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und der Linienbus hält vor der Tür.Das Zimmer incl. Bad war geräumig und sehr sauber.Das Bett war sehr bequem.In der Umgebung sind viele Gastronomische Betriebe.

Ich habe nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, die zentral gelegen ist und Parkmöglichkeiten hat. Zum Hotel gehören gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze (8€/Tag), was meinem Vorhaben, innerhalb Hanaus die Deutschlandcard zu nutzen, sehr entgegenkam. Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Hotel mehr als zufrieden.
