「Perfect location clean rooms and all amenities included very good continental breakfasts. Downs no pool and the halls and stairs need some work. Staff was very friendly very smooth check in/out」

「BEWARE! WE GOT BED BUGS! Also, our room had a broken toilet and phone so we were moved. The second room had a broken bathroom fan that LOUDLY screeched to the point that we didn’t even shower or turn on the light, which was on the same switch. The room had broken window blind levers. There were no blackout curtains so the room was bright. The 8.2 rating is deceiving. Sure, the staff were nice, but just spend a little more money and stay somewhere better. Now I’m in the hell of trying not to...

「We did an overnight stay and had a pleasant experience. No issues or problems One observation is that please bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion bc the room we were in didn’t offer those nice options n the shower area! Overall still nice , clean stay!」

「Great location. Great onsite restaurant and cafe/snack store. Only one elevator was working and posed a real inconvenience. Lights were out on our floor (floor 3) in the hallway (which is outdoors). It was not only unsafe because you couldn’t see - it felt unsafe because a nook by the ice machine was pitch dark- and someone could easily hide there. Seems like replacing light bulbs would fall under basic maintenance…」

「My son’s surgery was canceled same day as check in asked for the stay to be moved to the day his surgery was rescheduled. Was told it would be mo ed and never was. 」

「Room was so clean, property was clean, staff was lovely and accommodating. The gym was small but had everything you need it in (dumbbells to 45 , TRX bands , ropes , medicine balls, couple treadmills ) 24 hour refreshment bar . Breakfast was fantastic travelling with 2 teenage boys (sausage , eggs, potatoes, greek yogurt ) filled everyone up nicely . My family will stay at this hotel again when travelling down to Florida . Everything you need on a quick stopover .」
