The room was very nice and comfortable. We were in North Charleston to bring my mother here for a surgery, so we asked for a late checkout because we did not know how long her procedure would take. The staff was very accommodating. Also, there was a really good barbeque restaurant within walking distance also, which was very helpful.

I thought the hotel was great however the third floor air conditioning was poor in the hallway, but excellent in the room so I was comfortable Staff was exceptionally nice And the food was really good for a breakfast!

They all were amazing!!!! First I had booked the wrong hotel and the nice young lady told me to call and cancel my reservation and she would waive the fee and I was able to book the correct hotel and that young lady was amazing as well.
