"We recently stayed at Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg and overall had a very pleasant experience especially for a family-friendly getaway near Williamsburg attractions. The property itself is beautiful, with a historic charm and well-maintained grounds that make it feel like a peaceful retreat. The villa-style accommodations were spacious, clean, and well equipped with a full kitchen, which made it very convenient for a longer stay. It felt more like a home than a hotel room."

"We arrived but our room wasn't ready. We went to the outdoor pool for a while, but it got too cold. We checked on the status of our room about every 45 minutes. It still wasn't ready at 8:00 pm. We were cold, hungry, exhausted, and miserable, so we left and went to another hotel."

"The property is beautiful as always, very peaceful and great for families. I was a bit disappointed with the spa tub in the king bathroom. There was a lot of dead skin just sitting in the tub and The bathtub in the second room was stopped up. We only used the shower and it was puddling at the bottom. I left it to sit and there was brown/gross stuff just backing up into the tub. Just be mindful. I’ve been here before and I know this is more than likely a one time occurrence, HOPEFULLY! Giving a lot of grace as cleanliness is super important to me but everything else was indeed perfect. "

"The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The indoor pool area was a highlight and a lot of fun for the kids, and the added perk of beach parking for hotel guests was really convenient. That said, there were a few downsides. Noise from neighboring condo/apartment guests could be an issue at times, and common doors were occasionally left open. We were also disappointed that the start time for the Easter egg hunt event was changed without notifying guests, which unfortunately meant our kids missed out on participating."

"Service from staff could be better including understanding and speak English. Better understanding of the rooms could be updated. "

"Stay would have been perfect if we had hot water in our room. We ended up leaving a day early so we could take a hot shower."
