「Very disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean, and our bathroom had a strong sewer smell. We requested room cleaning, but the room was not cleaned properly and towels were not replaced. The restaurant was even worse. Breakfast for 2 was already included and paid with our reservation; only our 4-year-old son’s breakfast was not paid. 「What we got for the price we paid was great! Loved being so close to the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk staff was a bit terse and borderline rude when we had questions. I read on the Expedia site for this hotel that beach umbrellas were available for free use.
