We liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the very good breakfast. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the busy road. I assume there are more quiet rooms facing the parking area.

Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in guter Lage, nur wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich eine U-Bahn Station, somit ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr lecker und hochwertige Qualität der Speisen, Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Här kommer vi att bo igen!

Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Rummet var rent och stort, duschen passade även en större person. Frukosten var mycket god, den hade allt man kunde önska och mer. Mysig bar med bra priser! Nära till U-bahn som tog oss runt i hela Hamburg. I området fanns flertalet restauranger samt matbutik.
