Super Team an der Rezeption. Freundlich, kompetent und haben schnell geholfen als wir was brauchten. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Pool war leider geschlossen. So, location is good. But… the hotel had a lot of problems. Lifts broken on arrival so only stairs available (you had to go outside to get to them) glad to be on first floor and only one lift out of two working over weekend. Pool not working properly - only find out when water is freezing “yes heat pump not working”… Room was ok but… booking for three (2 adults / 1 child) and only towels etc for two and sofa bed not made up and no bedding in room. This could have been because of confusion at check in. When presented with check in form, only my name was correct - everything else wrong. Staff very confused but eventually managed to sort it. We understand that the lift, pool etc not their fault but this time wasn’t good value compared to the last time we stayed. Shame really

The check-in was great! The Young man that worked on friday afternoon gave is a great start. The room was big, cleaned and quite. The breakfast was fine, nothing special but good. The pool was a bit to cold but the kids loved it anyway. The thing that really draged down out visit was the elevator situation. A christmas weekend like this and only One elevator working and no stairwells to use, only it asked. At one point we waited almost 20 minutes for it and that is really bad. So over all we are satisfied with our stay but would really want you to work harder to fix a thing that neccessary faster.

Hotellejligheden var fin. Poolen og saunaen i kælderen ok. Men et hotel uden trappeadgang og med en elevator der virkede, var elendigt. Kunne nemt vente 20 min. på en elevator. Parkeringsforholdene var meget kritisk. Få pladser kunne lejes, men alt hurtigt optaget. Måtte parkere i Japanes parkeringskælderen et stykke væk.

Das Adina Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und gleichzeitig in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Zur U-Bahn ist es nicht weit. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, Schwimmbad und Sauna zu nutzen! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
