"😔 No bell hops to assist with luggage at entrance. No smiles at check in. No appreciation of guest; we were invisible. So-so breakfast. Basement dungeon gym. Very clean tiny room. Dark hotel without any personality, charm or grace. Located in a large complex, over a subway entrance, several restaurants in neighboring malls, interesting Panasonic Museum and quite fun Miyazaki-designed large copper clock with active parts. Next time, different hotel."

"The hotel was clean, the location was near the train station and the limousine bust stop to Narita airport. The staff was super friendly. They were able to hold our bags for a few hours before we needed to leave for our flight. It was a great experience. On the same block is a 24/7/365 Don Quijote Store."
