There was a noticeable layer of dust on the tables, coffee machine, and even the glasses, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. While the hotel has some positive aspects, housekeeping standards need improvement.」

「The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay.」

「The Penny Lane was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Hampton Bays or surrounding area. Rooms are great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was excellent.」

「This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.」
