Nice but under construction

The check in was a bit tidious with a lot of information you had to put down. The room was great with a really big bed. However, we woke up by construction workers outside our window in the morning, that was not very nice.And no one had told us about it or given us a discount on the room.

Nice hotel

Good hotel with clean and fresh rooms. Nice breakfast and our only problem was that they could not offer any light food when we arrived late (which was very annoying as we were a bit hungry and the only thing we could buy from the hotel was a large dinner buffet that didn’t look fresh as it had been out for several hours when we arrived)

No GYM

Main reason I picked the hotel was they had a gym. in my confirmation it stated that spa was included so I assumed I would have acces to the gym. This was not the case. Fitness is in a separate Building and had extra cost to it.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Restaurant mit einer tollen Terasse, Essen super, Frühstück ebenfalls. Das Schwimmbad ist auch gut, könnte aber voll sein, wenn draußen schlechtes Wetter ist. Zimmer waren gemütlich, in meinem Zimmer war leider eine Wärmepumpe außen, die morgens mit einem Brummen nervte. Dürfte aber nur 1-2 Zimmer betreffen.

Wir hatten ein großartiges Wochenende. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Tennisplätze sind direkt am Hotel und man hat die Möglichkeit auf verschiedenen Belägen zu spielen. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, bequeme Betten und schöne Zimmer, toller Wellness Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicht nochmal

Leider nicht überzeugend. Leider war die Hygiene im Bett bei Anreise nicht ok. Haare und Flecken auf dem Kissen. Bei der Rezeption angegeben. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sie sich etwas einfallen lassen werden für eine Wiedergutmachung, da ich insgesamt 3 Nächte gebucht hatte. Auf die Wiedergutmachung warte ich bis heute…Frühstück gut. Abendessen ein Abend gut, den nächsten Abend nicht….ein „sehr gut“ hat sich lediglich der junge Mann im Service im Restaurant verdient. Sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Fazit: ich komme nicht nochmal wieder. Schade.

Außergewöhnlich

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Schwimmbad. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, riesiger TV, sehr bequemes Boxspringbett und ein sehr modernes Bad. Beim Frühstück hat es an nicht‘s gefehlt. Eierspeisen, Pancakes, Obst, frisch gepresster O Saft usw.. Parkplatz kostenfrei. Kann das ganze Hotel samt Personal nur wärmstens empfehlen 😊👍
