Great central location. Rooms are nice. Staff is courteous. Only thing, we won't recommend is having breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is costly and options are very less. Rest all was excellent 👌

The room was nice, with comfortable beds. Taking a shower was with temperature shifting up and down which wasn't very easy to manage. Breakfast has a great variety, but expensive. Check-in was helpful, but took a very long time, with a long queue.

Problematic check-in

Instructions about check-in where followed exactly as received, and even so, at 11 pm, I could not get the card to the room on the automatic machines. No person was available to help either. So I spent quite some time calling the phone number until finally some person answered and gave me the code I needed. Why was the code not sent via email or SMS prior to arrival? Why was the machine not able to find me by name?

Das Hotel liegt ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Ungewöhnlich und dennoch sinnvoll ist die Tatsache, dass sich das Waschbecken im Zimmer befindet und nicht wie üblich im Bad.
