「I booked two rooms and one of the rooms was not cleaned even after we told the front desk that the sheets were not cleaned manager did nothing about it. Told me that if I booked again I should contact him directly. Very poor management skills.」

「The resort itself was gorgeous. We upgraded to an ocean front view, but the room fell short with certain things not being up to par.. Wall outlets wouldn’t hold the plugs in the blackout shades were off track. The shower kept getting clogged. In the bathroom, certain lights were burnt out. We brought it to their attention and say comped half of our upgrade and try to make things right. The boardwalk in this area is not bad. The pools were great. The restaurants were perfect also.」

「No tengo quejas sobre la limpieza diaria de la habitacion o el unico Chico que vi del personal, pero si toca destacar que las fotos que ponen no tienen nada que ver con las condiciones reales, la piscina sin agua, todo sucio y con mal olor, lleno de cucarachas,y para cocinar en la habitacion tienes que llevarlo todo xq ni un vaso hay... En fin deben ser mas realistas,porque cuando rentas confias en llegar a un lugar y te encuentras en otro totalmente diferente」

「Staff was rude. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. Bed sheets were never changed. Breakfast was horrible. Elevators are old and on the verge of collapse. Room keys rarely worked. Wifi password changed every 2 days. Never staying there again, and neither should you! 」
