「If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". 「Overall is was a fair stay. The pool had construction next to it so we didn’t bother to use. The front door need a better secure lock. It had a deadbolt and it didn’t close properly. It looked like the front door was open most of the time. Honestly, if a light kick in, it would open. I didn’t feel to safe but luckily the police station was literally down the street… but also was under construction due to the passed Hurricane. 「The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. The only problem we had was there were only 3 restaurants other than the buffet and beach bar and we were only allowed to go to each of the 3 fine restaurants 1 time even though we were there for a whole week. People who came for 3 nights got to go to the 3 restaurants 1 time each so since we stayed 7 nights we paid 2 times more than them so we feel we should have been able to go to one of the finer 3 restaurants each night.」
