「Great stop off point on the Garden route. Hotel had great views across the ocean and nearby town and close enough to amenities to have a social gathering wander across to them. Room immaculate with great facilities. 」

「Very friendly and attentative staff, room has what you need, and spacious. Location is great! Some positive critique to work on (room 24): - We were in a street facing room, so there was noice from the street. - Cold water tap needs to be attended to … seems like no water and then all of a sudden a gush of it. - mattrasses can be opgraded/replaced, is very thin. (Bedding is very nice) 」

「我們很滿意這次入住Fancourt hotel四晚，這裡是打高爾夫球的天堂，有三個一流球場，還有附近一小時車程內有好幾個不錯好球場。我們享受旅館優質服務和印度洋邊的高爾夫球場。 唯一讓我們非常困擾的事，旅館在我們入住前通知我們要變更我們預訂的房型，從Manor house 變成Fancourt hotel的單房套間，這個改變徒增我們這次旅行的擔心和困擾，對Fancourt hotel預訂部門的做法，感到令人失望。」
