「This is a small hotel run by an old couple. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and more than enough. We had a pleasant stay and for sure we will stay in this hotel again when we go to Hakuba next year. 」

「Ken to picked me up and dropped me off at the JR station. The building is showing its age but it’s clean and well maintained. The Onsen is nothing special but I liked it. Breakfast was amazing and the location is a awesome! Two doors down from the information Center! Would definitely stay again!」

"住宿環境很好，離白馬五龍非常近，我是搭乘長途巴士到白馬五龍站然後走到飯店大約5分鐘內，飯店內部設施很完善，有一間可以存放雪具的房間並且可以乾燥鞋子及衣物，也有廚房及洗衣機可以使用，衛浴設備馬桶及淋浴間都很乾淨，洗澡熱水來的速度也是很快溫度也很夠，因為未設有櫃檯的關係，所以房主也會即時的詢問有無住宿相關的問題，如有遇到問題也可以向房主提問也會迅速得到回答，最後因為住宿空間在二樓，所以需要走一段樓梯，如果行李比較多可能會感覺比較吃力一些，或是需要分多次搬運，另外因為環保的關係只有提供洗髮精及沐浴乳，其他的牙刷牙膏個人清潔用品需要自己準備，總結這是一趟蠻不錯旅程，很期待下個雪季可以再次造訪並待上更長的時間。"
