「One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!」

「Although the location is convenient, the room is very clean, the service is really bad ! I booked the airport pick up for my colleague in hotel before one day back. And continuous remind the hotel check the booking. But the driver was came late almost one hour. I book the pick up service for two ways, but the driver told me only one way and I need to pay him right now. This is very bad experience. The hotel person should be retrain.」

「The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「Picked tu is hotel for an overnight stay since it was near the airport, its located in a not so great neighbourhood but they have security at the gate so you should feel safe inside at least until certain time of the early morning when the security leaves Anyway, nothing special about the room or service. This was an average hotel with an average service. The room felt very agy and desperately asks for some Renos」

「We had a one night stopover in Mumbai from 5pm and leaving for airport at 8am. These guys at this hotel were very welcoming and organised for us to have rooms on ground floor so we did not have to go up any stairs (there are no lifts). Being over 70 it was very much appreciated. They organised our taxis for us so we were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean and found this hotel ideal for our circumstances. Thanks」
