"Everything was great and the hotel was easy to find. The underground connection to the Hakata station was helpful although hard to find from the station itself. The hotel was clean and beautiful and staff just wonderful. Loved our time here!"

"The hotel is well located, the rooms are small but the bed comfortable. The onsen was nice, but not as well appointed and modern as in other hotels of this range. The major weakness is the staff - so unhelpful, even with translation apps, they are not proactive or solution-oriented. And this is not a language barrier issue, they could not assist in any way, shape or form with booking a private car for an event outside the city or to book a round of golf, providing we had done our preliminary research. Really disappointing."
