「Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. 「Although our room was small (we’ll get a larger one next time) it was nicely appointed with beautiful recessed lighting, extravagant crown molding, and other touches. It appears to have been redone very recently and it shows - new carpets, fresh paint, etc. The bathroom included a modern shower with plenty of hot water and a clever heated mirror. Although we faced a busy street, it was remarkably quiet with renovated interior windows. The staff are a delight and we loved the friendly atmosphere...

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」
