「Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive....

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「The location is perfect. The bar, room, all the things great. I recommended people stay in this hotel as that’s very good choice in Interlaken.」

「Don't short yourself by staying only 1 or 2 days. This awsone hotel and its location needs a week! We found it ti be excellent in every way and it was our hub to drive to other "Must do" places. Our roon had the best view of the setting sun on the lake. Strandhotel really made our wedding anniversary trip fantastic!」

「It is disappointed no air conditioner and refrigerator in room. But there is BiliBar in first floor.Still great at all.」

「The room was nice and had a nice view to the river. However, since there is a pub in the corner, it got noisy for few hours and drunk people were making noise during very late at nigh. The walls are not sound proof so could hear the neighbors steps, conversations, etc. I couldn’t have a good rest 」
