「Staff were great. There is no pool, it was filled in with concrete. The room was not clean. Marks all over the walls, bath tub was dirty, lamp shades were gross, and mini fridge did not get very cold. Checked the bed with a black light and it was actually very clean and comfortable. AC did work well also. It was a place to sleep that is about it. Breakfast options were very limited. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, eggs and sausage. No biscuits or gravy though.」

「The pool was closed for renovations, but you can see there is no work been done, water has been dirty for long time. It was supposed to he a smoke free environment and in the hallway was a smell of Marijuana you couldn't stand it. Smoke alarm in room was missing cap and you can see the cables. You can tell for the whole 3 nights we stayed, they did not sweep or blow the sidewalk on the back entrance. Back entrance door sign reads, " for your safety this door is to remain locked at all times use...

「The pictures are kind of deceptive. It was only one night so it was fine for us. But the bed sheets had stains, no shampoo or conditioner or even hand soap was provided, only two towels, the floors were dirty and we saw ants crawling on the ground, the main lobby with breakfast was burning hot no ac, breakfast was barley anything more of an on the go type situation. Had ann early 8am wake up call from someone’s dog barking outside of our door. Our friends also stayed in another room had the same...

「The staff was wonderful and provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This was our first experience staying at a bed and breakfast, and we truly enjoyed it. 「Older property, like most properties in Savannah. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The Live Oak Canopy room was nice. We had our own covered deck with pool view and the grand oak tree! It is pay parking , unless you’re lucky enough to get street parking.」
