This cruise ship's itinerary includes the following: 1st Day: Arrive at Halong International Port by noon for embarkation. During lunch, cruise to South East Halong Bay, passing by Limestone Karts landscapes, Oan Lagoon, and Teapot and Monster Head islets toward Vung Vieng fishing village. Return to the boat for swimming and sunbathing, followed by a cooking class, dinner and evening activities aboard the ship. 2nd Day: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and a light breakfast, head to Surprise Cave for Halong Bay views from a 100-stair climb. After check-out, buffet brunch is served as the ship returns to Halong International Port by noon. Shuttle bus services transport guests to Hanoi by 4:30 PM.
Guests must contact this cruise ship 3 days in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi- Old Quarter, which is 3.5 hours away by car. A roundtrip daily transfer by van from Hanoi to Ha Long departs at 8 AM, for a fee of USD 40 per passenger; private car transfers are available for USD 144-175 per guest. Diet Cruise - kleines, etwas überkandidelt gestaltetes Schiff mit älterer Technik (Fenster schliessen nicht richtig,) und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Service.. Wunderschöne Route! Leckeres Essen, leider fixes Menü mit sehr kleinen Portionen. Wer mehr will, muss das oft und deutlich ssgen, und auch dann wird es schwierig. Jedes Glas Wasser wurde extra berechnet, nichtmal einen Kaffee in der Wsrtelounge gab es umsonst, und für did Snacks der Minibar kann man an Land gediegen essen gehen. Also, satt hinfahren, Wasser mitnehmen und dann den etwas betulichen Chyrme, den sehr netten Service und die Gegend geniessen. Ach ja, und keine Bikdungsreise erwarten, Informationen zu Land, Leuten oder der Bay gibt es nicht.

The 3 days 2 nights trip is highly recommendable. Good itenerary. The boat goes to Bail Tu long and away from the crowds of boats. Great service on board and no complaints with respect to cleanliness or amenities. Good food.

Enttäuschend!

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt auf diesem Schiff wirklich sehr enttäuscht und haben für den Preis deutlich mehr erwartet! Das einzige hervorragende war das Essen. Ansonsten wurde ständig krampfhaft versucht ein „Luxusschiff“ darzustellen. Dazu fehlt es aber leider einfach an zu vielen Stellen. Auf dem Aussichtsdeck gibt es beispielsweise keinen einzigen Schattenplatz und auch keine Auflagen für die Liegen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Whirlpool, dafür aber keine Dusche und es ist extrem kramphaft nicht das ganze Bade komplett unter Wasser zu setzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber es erinnert alles eher an eine Truppenübung, da wirklich alles auf die letzte Minute durchetaktet ist. Des Weiteren stand in der Beschreibung, dass man bei der 2 Tage / 1 Nacht Tour Kajak fahren könnte, was dann jedoch nochmal extra 10 USD pro Person kosten sollte und auch das versprochene schwimmen ist komplett ausgefallen. Insgesamt war die komplette Fahrt absolut überteuert und wir würden beim nächsten Mal lieber etwas günstigeres nehmen, was wahrscheinlich denselben Service bietet, da sowieso alle 1 zu 1 das selbe Programm haben oder ein anderes Schiff in der gleichen Preisklasse testen.

The bathrooom odour was hard to get over

The senior room was a good size. Staff were very nice and very attentive. Food menu was tasty and we took advantage of happy hour! Drinks were strong and worth the price. I was a little disappointed in the cave visit as I had been to Halong before and the Surprise cave is much bigger! And the docking area for the evening was very close to the other cruise ships so you didn't have a clear view of the islets. The odour from the room or bathroom was the biggest con. Other guests smelled it as well and we all commented on it on the comment cards they asked us to fill out. However, I still enjoyed my time on the boat. For this particular cruise ship itinerary, I would only suggest 1 night and look at booking a second night with a different cruise ship for a different itinerary or cave to visit! The best part of this was the people we met on our luxury transport up to Halong Bay! Oh and the day boat you transfer to is nicer than the typical day boats of other cruises.

Termites ,wrong information in accommodation guide

We had a beautiful cruise except for 2 downs ,in my booking it states washing machine and dryer this is false and when travelling people what is stated in room facilities so a let down ,also had no sleep we bought it to staffs attention we had big termite grubs in my bed very noisy also in the wall hoping you will get back to me on this matter

Lovely Cruise Trip

Spent 2 days 1 night with Signature Royal cruise, and I totally enjoyed my staying here. Firstly, from the moment they pick up at us from hotel until we depart , everything was perfect. Our cabin is quite big, bed very comfortable with well equipment. What I love the most is about Jacuzzi bath tub and Japanese toilet. The day activities are well worth it, all the views are just fantastic. Lastly, what a biggest remarkable of my trip is about the quality of the crew. From the captain (Mr. Vin) to his entire of sailor and staff, they were exceptional , super friendly and super helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed this cruise and highly recommend Signature Cruise to our friends

I booked a signature royal halong cruise but on arrival, they put me on a different ship, signature halong cruise 1, without telling me. I found out about the ship later on and informed the ship manager. They apologised and blamed it on a mistake by the booking clerk. I am not happy about it but would advice cruisers to check the ship is the one they are booked on.

3 day 2 night tour.

Booked 2 night 3 day tour. Was a very nice boat, much nicer than most other boats out on the water. I can see what people say about the drinks being expensive. They only thing to realize is the 2nifht 3 day is actually a little under 48hr time on the boat. However this is how most companies run their tours to maximize profit. It would have been nicer to have a bit more leisure time on the boat. Otherwise staff were fantastic. Very personable, attentive to your needs. I would recommend this cruise line to my friends.

Nice way to view the beautiful Halong Bay

The cruise was as expected. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Overall the staff were professional and friendly. We had a second floor room with a balcony that gave us a great view of the bay and its limestone mountains day and night. The only issue with our room was that the washroom exhaust fan didn't work. For most of the trip, the washroom smelled quite foul. The cruise also didn't mention that despite having TV's in every room, there is actually no satellite/cable reception out on the bay. I was hoping the food would be a bit better. The food in general seemed to be a variation of vietnamese food that is catered to the general public. It would have been nice if it was more "local" and authentic. The food was 3/5.
