「Fantastic room, lovely breakfast, but busy waiting staff so the wait was longer than we would usually expect. One personal criticism was the pillows were too full and too firm and no choice to swap them.」

「Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day...

「I wasn't aware until I checked in online that the keycard was going to be in a lock box. All good though, seemless entry into property. The room was clean with kettle, coffee,tea, with UHT milk being replenished each day. Double bed with 3 good size pillows. The bathroom was nice, decent size shower, no issues with hot water.
