"This hotel is a little outdated but the view, staff and cleanliness all make up for the older almond tile and colours.We drove from Kingston ON and decided to see if we could check in earlier and the front staff was very accommodating and helpful allowing us an early chick in and parking accommodations so we could hit the amenties right when we arrived!"

"The resort and the check-in staff on Saturday were wonderful, and we had a great first day. The waterpark was a big hit with our two toddlers and they absolutely loved it. On Sunday morning, however, our experience was very different. We went to the front desk to ask if we could pay for a two-hour late checkout. The waterpark doesn’t open until 10 a.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m., so we were hoping to have breakfast and let the kids swim for about an hour before leaving. Unfortunately, the lady at the desk was very unfriendly and abruptly told us there were no late checkouts available. The way it was said felt quite rude. Because of this, we didn’t get to use the waterpark at all on Sunday, which was really disappointing for the kids since they had enjoyed it so much the day before. When I booked, we were told the waterpark could be used both days, so this was frustrating. While the Saturday check-in staff were excellent and welcoming, the interaction Sunday morning left us feeling disappointed. Overall, it took away from what could have been a great family stay."

"Room was pretty clean, just a little dated. Bathroom was tiny, room wasn’t cool enough. It’s locked where it will not go lower than 68 degrees. I booked this hotel for the hot tub and pool, the entire stay the pool AND hot tub were FULL of screaming children. Jumping in and out of both. Kids diving in the hot tub. Absolutely no relaxation possible here. We ended up staying one night and losing our money on the remainder of the stay. Didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub one single time, and could barely sleep in the room warmer than we are use to. "

"Room was prety good unfortunately even with it being winter it was quite hot , we actually had the heat turned right down and ac on, other than that it was beautiful and the view ! Bed was so comfy and best soaker tub ever!! "
