「The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). The lady was so so unpleasant (with very bad expression on face and sighs before you!) Then we were being...

「Quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, I slept well. I recommend it.」

「The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The overall experience was excellent.」

「整體乾淨整潔，但是位置不容易讓uber訂位，以至於叫車都會有點困難…除此之外都還不錯。」

「Very nice 」

「We have stayed in the Grand Hotel in Le Plessis-Robinson for many years. The "revamp", which was carried out a couple of years ago, improved an already excellent hotel. We cannot believe that it is not rated 5 stars, because it should be!!」

「Alles war super」

「Personnels professionnels ,compétents accueil chaleureux.Bravo une excellente référence a Versailles Hotel Mercure. Français expatrier en Afrique depuis 7 ans . Societe Science Energy international」

「Royal Hotel is the perfect location to visit Versailles. It was an 8 minute walk to the gate. It is family-owned, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed--a hot shower and very comfortable bed. Morning buffet had wonderful pastries, coffees, juices, and charcuterie. Highly recommend.」

「Amazing experience for food and service. Nice location for weekend and travel」

「rien à dire allez y les yeux fermés !」
