Nothing was included with the price. A swimming pool was mentioned at the posting, put I had to pay 56,000 won for me and my two kids to use the pool, which was filled with people taking swimming lessons. Also, TV was old and had just basic cable. Finally, they had a toothpaste/toothbrush kit available in the room, but it had a 3,000 won price tag on it. Very funny. I felt as if the owners were losing money on the hotel and were trying to squeeze every last cent from their guests. Don't stay here. Its a rip-off.

경주 많이방문하였는데 보문쪽은 처음입니다. 석굴암 불국사 가긴 위치는 좋아요. 주차용이합니다. 휘트니스및 사우나있어서 좋았습니다. 룸컨디션은 오래된 건물답게 객실내부 좀 어두워요. 청결도및 직원응대는 그냥 나쁘진않고요.. 근데 침대 스프링이 너무 튑니다 ㅠㅠㅠ 아이랑 같이잤는데 애가 뒤척일때마다 월척이 튀는줄알았어요… ㅎ 잠자리가 좀 불편했어요 ..

가족 여행 숙소로 손색없네요

오랜만에 방문 했지만 투숙객들도 많고 행사도 많고 스파 이용자들도 많아 나름 관리가 잘 되는듯 했고 금연룸인데도 찌든 담배냄새 같은게 약간 나긴 했지만 전반적으로 맘에 들었습니다 근처 엑스포공원과도 가까워 좋았구요 담에 또 가고 싶네요~~

전문 호텔기업이 아닌 교직원공제회에서 운영해서 그런지, 프론트 직원들의 전문성과 열의가 전혀 없음. 마치 주민센터에서 피곤에 찌든 얼굴을 하고 있는 창구 직원과 같은 모습임. (요즘은 주민센터 직원도 대부분 친철함.) 호텔리어가 기본적으로 하는 웃는 표정은 전혀 없고, 투숙객에 대한 아이 컨택도 없이 고개 숙이고 알아듣기 힘들 정도의 빠른 말투로 입안에서 웅얼거리면서 응대함. 빨리 객실 키 받고 가라는 듯... 체크인을 할 때 기본적인 시설 이용 안내도 전혀 없고, 몇호실인지만 말함. 나중에 다시 프런트 문의해서 내일 조식 부페 장소와 시간을 물어봐야 했음. 이튿날 사우나장으로 가는 위치를 물어봤을 때, 잘 모르는 것인지 귀찮은 것인지 제대로 된 안내를 못해서 지나가는 다른 투숙객의 도움을 받았음. 이전 경주 여행때는 근처의 코모도 호텔을 이용했었는데, 그 때와 천처만별임. 대학교 기숙사 관리인보다 못한 투숙객 응대에 매우 실망하였고, 다시는 이용하지 않을 생각임.

너무 오래된 호텔

너무 오래 되서 나오는 퀴퀴한 냄새는 감춰지지 않네요. 실내에서 몰래 투숙객이 담배를 피는지 담배 냄새 간간히 들어 옵니다.
