「We were there off season but had a lovely stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing to note was we couldn't control the temperature in our room. The thermostat is set for you and you are not able to cool or heat individual rooms. For the most part it was a comfortable temperature but we wish we could choose the temperature ourselves.」
