Beautiful property in a great location. Great, spacious rooms.
The location was great as we also visited Gyeongju world. Options around the hotel for food outside are very limited so ended up going into the town every evening. Unfortunately the concierge were not very helpful when we asked questions on how best to see the sites, but just ended up using the internet to build our own itinerary. We had a family room for 4 but there were only 3 towels, 3 robes etc.. the first day we asked for extra, but then had to ask every other day. The buffet was good.

Excellent service, amazing view from the room, reasonable price. Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful in terms of dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free).
Restaurants do serve a limited menu for vegetarians, but the staff is extremely helpful esp during breakfast.
Location is so-so, ci. 15-20minutes from centre of Gyeongju and its parcs. Close for expo and such.
Very clean rooms, good size (junior suite).
The hotel was very nice the only problem is that they are expensive when it comes to food. Would be nice if they would lower prices down to what you pay at other places. Example a microbrewery beer is 20000 won and you can go to a microbrewery 500 meters away and pay half the price. A Tera cost 12000 won. I use this as examples but food was expensive as well.
My family stayed here for two nights on vacation. A beautiful property and the rooms were clean and the bed was great. It was next door to a Starbucks but more limited off-site restaurant options within close walking distance.
We had a room with the lake view and it was so beautiful throughout the day and night. Room was spacious and clean.
Walking around the lake was great at any time of the day. Just beautiful!!
The only thing I would ask the hotel to improve is the bathroom lighting. There’s only one light and it was too dark for ladies’morning makeup rituals. There’s no other proper mirrors in the room for an alternative.
We had a lunch Buffett and it was pricey but well worth it. The quality of the food options were exceptional.
It was a great stay and Kyeongju is now my favorite city in Korea!

1. Room temperatures were centrally controlled (78F). Cooling and individual room temperature control was not available for most days. Hotel stated knowledge of issue
2. “Deluxe suite” was one room, slightly larger than average, with 3 beds in it.
