「Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. 「As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE.」

「Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. 」

「Enjoyable stay on Puzzle, attractive and comfortable, boat. Peaceful and quiet, we liked watching riverside life. Great for walks by the river and easy to walk to the town. Internet access was limited as there is no Wi-Fi, but ok for a few days stay. We hope to return in the future」

「Very quiet and low lit area - perfect for stargazing. No WiFi so the kids stayed off their devices and enjoyed watching the chickens roam around freely. My little boy even got to help feed some which he thought was brilliant. Mary and her husband are top class hosts! Would definitely recomendthis place to anyone who wants a quiet rural getaway. 」

「Staff on reception were very warm and welcoming. Lovely room. Nice and spacious, little underwhelmed by the bath as the button to operate the jets wasn’t working properly. Would have been nice to have Netflix on the TV too!」
