「1 Bath towels like rags, dusty and dirty room 2. I arrived 3 days earlier than planned, so I begged to change the reserved date, but it was not accepted and I paid for the accommodation twice.」

「The condition of the hotel building was low class.Its not a star hotel,it was a low class apartment. Only one nice person in the reception, but most of the time no one in. The entire reception was full of dirty bedsheets and many more dirty stuff which was look like a dirty laundry room.」
